Account Deletion

This page explains how users of MasterGrammar.org (mastergrammar.org), NguPhap (nguphap.com), and Ngữ Pháp Tiếng Anh: Toàn Diện — developed by MasterGrammar.org — can request deletion of their account and personal data.
1. How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly on the website, within the Android app, or by submitting an email request.
Option A — Delete on MasterGrammar.org / NguPhap.com (immediate)
- Visit mastergrammar.org or nguphap.com and log in.
- Click the user icon in the top-right corner and go to Profile.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- Click "Delete account" and confirm.
Your account will be deleted immediately and you will be logged out.
Option B — Delete in the Android app (immediate)
- Log in to your account in the app.
- Go to your Profile page (user icon in the top-right corner).
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Your account will be deleted immediately and you will be logged out.
Option C — Submit an email request
If you are unable to log in, send an email to:
Please include the email address associated with your account. Requests are processed within 30 business days.
2. Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, all of your personal data is permanently removed, including:
- Account information: email address, name, avatar, learning preferences
- Learning progress: topics viewed and completion status
- Test history and results
- Study streaks
3. Data Retention
We do not retain any personal data after your account is deleted. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Note: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data (not linked to your account) may be retained by third-party services such as Firebase Analytics according to their own policies.
